Preparatory year - Required documents for non-EU citizens

 

Candidates who choose to register at the special placed centre will submit a file with the following documents:

  • Baccalaureate (High school) diploma – certified translation and copy;
    Original diplomas issued in states that are NOT part of the Hague Convention Apostille will be authenticated by:
    • the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the issuing country, the Embassy/ the Consular Office of Romania in the issuing country and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania or by;
    • the Ministry of National Education from the issuing country, the Embassy/ the Consular Office of the issuing country in Romania and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania.
    • exemption from authentication is allowed under the law of an international treaty to which Romania is part of or based on reciprocity.
  • Academic records – certified translation and copy according to the original;
  • Birth certificate - certified translation and copy;
  • Passport - copy;
  • Document confirming the residence abroad - copy;
  • Medical certificate - in an international language - confirming that the person who is going to enrol does not suffer from contagious diseases or other conditions incompatible with the future profession and SARS-COV2;
  • 3 ID photos;
  • Document describing the grading system applied in the educational institutions followed (the grade equivalent between failed and excellent).

  • ID photo;
  • Document describing the grading system applied in the educational institutions followed (the grade equivalent between failed and excellent).
  • Affidavit regarding the authenticity and the correspondence of the scanned/digital documents and the original ones.

 

The admission exam is file based and the admission average being 100% of the average obtained at the baccalaureate (high school) exam. The separation criteria are found in the Methodology.
