Required documents for NON-EU citizens


1. Application form [english], [français], the candidate's commitment (affidavit), as well as the personal data processing consent;

2. Baccalaureate (High school) diploma – certified translation and copy;
Original diplomas issued in states that are NOT part of the Hague Convention Apostille will be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing state, and by the Embassy/ the Consular Office of Romania

3. Academic records – certified translation;

4. Birth certificate - certified translation;

5. Passport - copy;

6. Document confirming the residence abroad - copy;

7. Medical certificate issued in an international language, attesting that the applicant does not suffer from contagious/chronic diseases, personal history related to chronic diseases, and SARS-COV2;

  • A statutory declaration that the participant has complied with the isolation/quarantine regime and has not had close contact with a person confirmed with COVID - 19 in the last 14 days;
  • Medical certificate stating the current state of health of the candidate and possibly previous conditions related to chronic diseases and SARS - VOC 2 in Romanian;

8. 3 ID photos;

9. Application for the Issuance of the Letter of Acceptance to Studies – 2 copies. (Shortcut to Application form – Annex 2)
